• Account and order data: name, email address, company name, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Onboarding brief data: brand name, website URL, brand USPs, target audience, and any other information you provide to enable campaign delivery
• Communication data: emails, support tickets, or messages you send us
• Usage data: standard website analytics including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type (via cookies — see Section 7)

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• Process and fulfil your order, including delivering Reddit brand mentions and producing delivery reports
• Communicate with you about your active campaigns, invoices, and service updates
• Improve our service quality and internal processes (using aggregated, anonymised data)
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and financial record-keeping

We do not use your data for any form of behavioural advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: processing your order and delivering the service you have paid for
• Legitimate interests: maintaining the security and integrity of our service, and improving our operations
• Legal obligation: retaining financial records as required by applicable law
• Consent: where you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us

We share your data only with the following categories of third parties, strictly as necessary to deliver the service:

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data
• Email and communication tools: to send delivery reports, invoices, and support replies
• Internal team members: who require access to your brand brief to execute campaign placements

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years for financial records, as required by Indian tax law). Onboarding brief data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors find and use our site. We use:

• Analytics cookies: to understand traffic sources, page views, and general usage patterns. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not share this data with advertising networks
