1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or placing an order with The Denter ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all packages purchased through our website, including the Starter, Growth, and Authority plans.

2. Description of services

The Denter provides a productized Reddit marketing service consisting of the placement of brand mentions — in the form of posts and comments — within relevant Reddit communities (subreddits) on behalf of the Client. The volume and scope of mentions vary by package as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Services are delivered on a monthly rolling basis. Delivery timelines commence within 5 business days of completed onboarding.

3. Client responsibilities

To enable delivery of the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate brand information, website URL, and unique selling propositions (USPs) via the onboarding brief
• Ensure that your brand, products, or services comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not request mentions for products, services, or content that violates Reddit's Content Policy, promotes illegal activity, or constitutes misinformation
• Accept that we retain editorial discretion over the exact wording, subreddit selection, and thread selection for each placement

4. Intellectual property

All content produced by The Denter on your behalf — including posts, comments, and reports — is created for the purpose of third-party platform placement. Once delivered, the report and associated links are yours to retain. However, because content is published on Reddit (a third-party platform), it is subject to Reddit's Terms of Service and licensing terms, over which we have no control.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your brand name, logo, and provided USPs solely for the purpose of executing the service.

5. Payment terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a package, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. If we fail to deliver the guaranteed mention count within a billing period, you are entitled to a full refund for that period. Removal replacement is provided for 30 days post-delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

The Denter's services involve placement on Reddit, a third-party platform. We do not guarantee:

• Specific upvote counts, engagement rates, or reach numbers (estimates provided are indicative only)
• That all posts will remain live indefinitely, as Reddit moderators may remove content at their discretion
• Specific search engine rankings or AI model recommendation outcomes arising from mentions
• That mentions will directly result in sales, leads, or revenue for the Client

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the one month preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your brand brief, business information, or the details of your campaign to any third party except as required to deliver the service (e.g., team members executing placements). All delivery reports are produced without Denter branding and may be white-labelled and shared with your own clients.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use our services to promote:

• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
• Competitor brands or third parties without their written consent
• Financial products that require regulatory disclosure without providing that disclosure to us
• Any product or service that violates Reddit's Content Policy or site-wide rules

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order that we reasonably believe violates these restrictions, without refund obligation in cases of Client misrepresentation.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
