Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 100% delivery guarantee

If The Denter fails to deliver the guaranteed number of Reddit mentions in your billing cycle for any reason within our control, you are entitled to a full refund for that period — no questions asked, no back-and-forth.

1. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees.

2. Eligibility for a refund

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

We fail to deliver the guaranteed mention count within the billing cycle Full refund for that billing cycle
Posts are removed by moderators within 30 days of delivery, bringing the total below the guaranteed count Replacement mentions at no cost. If replacement is not possible, pro-rated refund
Service not started — you cancel before onboarding is complete and no work has commenced Full refund
Duplicate charge due to a billing error Full refund of the duplicate amount
Cancellation after delivery has commenced in the current cycle No refund; service continues to end of paid period
Dissatisfaction with tone, subreddit choice, or specific wording (within delivered mention count) No refund — editorial discretion is reserved per our Terms & Conditions

3. Removal replacement guarantee

Reddit moderation is outside our control. If any post or comment is removed by a subreddit moderator within 30 days of delivery, and that removal causes your total mention count to fall below your package guarantee, we will:

4. How to request a refund

We aim to assess all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide Stripe and your bank with all relevant evidence of service delivery.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For active subscribers, the policy in effect at the time of your most recent payment applies to that billing period.
